December in Põlva means a seven-hour day and most venues run on domestic power. You cannot rig the LED wall you planned in August because the branch circuit will not carry it, so either you light less or you bring a generator—and a generator in a wooden hall changes the whole acoustic map.

We work backwards from the room. What feeds it, what the sightlines do in low winter sun, whether the screen needs to be front-lit because the windows do not have blackout. Then the kit list writes itself.
