Christmas Party — Rapla

Most Rapla venues close the kitchen by nine, which means your Christmas party either finishes early or you bring food in from outside. The second option adds a van, a warming station, and someone who arrives two hours before your guests do.

Load-in depends on the room. A ground-floor hall with parking at the door takes forty minutes. Anything upstairs, or through a corridor the truck cannot reach, doubles that. Lighting needs rigging time, so if you want more than house lights, tell us the ceiling height and what it's made of when you book the space.
