Rapla gives you space but rarely gives you a room built for noise. Most venues here were not designed for a hundred people talking at once, and the moment you add music or a microphone, the acoustics start working against you. Ceilings are low, surfaces are hard, and the sound has nowhere to go but straight back.

We rig for the room, not around it. That means treating reflection before it becomes a problem, running power that won't trip halfway through, and building a setup that survives the part of the day when everyone stops being polite. Team events depend on people hearing each other — the technical work is making sure they can.
