A product launch runs on first impressions, and first impressions start the second the door opens. Guests form their opinion of what you've built before you say a word — from how the check-in moves, whether the room feels ready, whether sound cuts through conversation when you need it to.

Rapla venues are small-format rooms, which means control but also constraint. You have proximity. You lose the margin for technical failure. The screen has to fire on cue, the mic has to be live when the speaker starts, and the lights have to shift the room from arrival to presentation without anyone noticing the seam.
