Pärnu conference venues split into two types: the glass-walled halls that throw sound straight back at you, and the older wood-panelled rooms that eat it. Both need completely different treatment, and the decision about what to hang and where to run power happens the moment you choose the room.

Most conferences here run May through September, when the seaside makes sense but the venue calendar tightens. Load-in routes matter more than usual—many buildings were never designed for a truck, and the scenic approach usually means hauling cases up stairs.
