Team Building — Pärnu

Most team-building days fail in the first twenty minutes, when half the group is still in the car park and the activity that was supposed to start at ten cannot start until everyone arrives. Pärnu in summer invites delays — traffic from Tallinn, a breakfast that ran long, someone who thought the meeting point was the other hotel.

We schedule around it. The day is built with a loose first hour and no single-point dependencies, so the programme holds whether twelve people show up on time or thirty show up in three waves. The room is ready at nine, not at the moment you need it.
