Conference — Tallinn

A conference in Tallinn means AV built for two languages, a room wired for questions from the floor, and breakout spaces that do not share a wall with the plenary. The technical rider is longer than a gala's, the load-in starts earlier, and the one thing that cannot fail is confidence monitoring — because a presenter who cannot see the next slide stops speaking.

We rig for that. Redundant playback, cabled microphones where radio is a risk, projection bright enough that the house lights stay up. The opener is at nine; the truck arrives at six.
