Conference — Haapsalu

Haapsalu in November is a different proposition than Haapsalu in June. The first shuts the terrace, shortens the day and makes every outdoor segment a gamble. The second gives you light until ten and the assumption that people will move freely between inside and out.

A winter conference here turns on heating capacity and how much glass the venue has. A summer one turns on whether the courtyard can take the weight of a stage and what you do when it rains during the opening session. The season sets the room, and the room sets everything else.
