Team Building — Tallinn

Most team events fail in the first fifteen minutes. Someone is still looking for the projector cable when the first group arrives, or the microphones feed back the moment the room fills, or the playlist stops because nobody thought about whose phone was meant to be playing it.

The rig goes in before anyone else arrives. Projector tested on the screen it will actually throw to, sound check done with bodies in the room, backup power identified and cables taped where fifty people will walk. What breaks breaks during load-in, not during the icebreaker.
