Team Building — Narva

Most team events in Narva happen indoors — halls with high ceilings and tile floors that bounce sound in every direction. A good rig accounts for that. We measure the room, place speakers to cover it evenly, and run lines so no one is leaning forward to hear the facilitator or wincing when the music starts.

The build goes in early, usually the morning of. Sound check, stage if there is one, lighting that adapts when daylight drops off. The room is ready before the first person arrives, and the crew stays through until load-out.
