Launch between November and March and you do it in the dark. Daylight ends at four; your guests arrive after work straight into evening. That shrinks the window for setup and puts the room under full stage lighting from the start.

Keila gives you mid-size venues—conference halls, industrial spaces—close enough to Tallinn that crew and kit arrive without the travel surcharge, far enough out that availability opens up. Power capacity matters early. Most product reveals lean hard on screens and spots, and older buildings here were not wired for that load.
