Conference — Keila

A conference in Keila is half an hour from Tallinn, which means the truck arrives early and the rig is done before lunch. The work is the same — power distribution, projection rigging, FOH position — but the venue usually is not. Most conference spaces here are multi-use halls or converted industrial rooms, and neither was designed for eighty people facing one direction for three hours.

We measure the room, find the breaker panel, and build around what is actually there. Projection screens go where sightlines allow. Audio covers the room evenly, not just the front half. Microphones are tested under the ceiling that is actually above them, because a low concrete span does things to a voice that no amount of EQ will fix later.
