Product Launch — Otepää

A product launch runs on a script tighter than most people expect. Doors at eighteen-thirty means the screen has to be live by seventeen-forty-five, which means rigging starts no later than fourteen hundred if the room has a truss grid, earlier if it does not. Otepää gives you clean air and low distraction, but it also means the nearest backup console is ninety minutes south.

Load-in dictates everything. We map power before the first case comes off the truck, mark sightlines before the client walks the room, and staff the registration desk half an hour before you think you need it. The launch moment lasts two minutes; the day that makes it possible starts at seven.
