Conference — Otepää

A conference room in Otepää is either a glass pavilion looking out at snow or a summer hall with windows that won't open, and both throw sound. You can't rely on house PA — half the venues up here rent the space but not the rig, and what's installed was specced for dinners, not a podium with four hundred people trying to hear over the HVAC.

We bring the system that matches the room: line array if the ceiling allows it, distributed if it doesn't, always with redundant power because the building supply has failed twice in conditions. Projection goes on a frame we built, not the venue's screen that pulls to the left. Confidence monitors, stage wash, a comm line to the booth. The technical build happens the morning of, and it's tested before anyone arrives with a laptop.
