Load-in starts at seven. The truck parks on Võru, crew walks the cases through the back entrance, and by nine the truss is overhead. Valga venues are straightforward — low ceilings, concrete floors, power where you expect it — but they are also small, which means every fixture has to count and the desk has to be ready an hour before doors.

We rig for the room you actually have. Most corporate events here run in halls built for fifty people, not five hundred, so the wash can't spill and the subs can't overpower speech. We tune on-site, after the room is full of tables, and we stay until the last person leaves.
