A wedding in Valga runs on the same timeline as anywhere else, but the supplier base is smaller and fills earlier. After 5 Events handles the production side — power distribution, lighting, sound, staging if the room needs it — and coordinates the vendors who depend on that infrastructure being in place first. We work from the venue's constraints backward: what the building allows, what the season permits, what arrives by truck and what has to be carried. The ceremony is two hours. The setup starts at seven in the morning.
