Staging & Decor — Valga

Winter in Valga means frozen ground, early darkness, and venues with uneven heating. A fabric backdrop hung in November will sag by February, so stage builds default to steel. Summer swaps the constraint: long daylight makes projection useless before nine, and anything dark absorbs heat until the crew can't touch it.

Decor follows the season or fights it. We rig both, but the plan changes in October and again in April.
