Team Building — Rakvere

Most Rakvere venues were built for something other than what you're now asking them to do. A hall that seats eighty for a lecture scatters sound when you need people to hear each other in groups of six. A manor house with period ceilings gives you two metres of headroom and outlets built for different wiring. A courtyard works until the wind picks up at four.

We rig team events here routinely, so the variables are familiar: where the power actually lives, how far the truck can get, what the room does to voices when it's full. The setup follows the space, not a template.
