Team Building — Tartu

Most Tartu venues were built for lectures or lunch, not a room full of colleagues trying something new together. Low ceilings compress sound. Stone floors bounce it back. Narrow stairwells rule out anything bulky, and half the buildings still run on circuits installed when a projector was the most ambitious thing anyone plugged in.

We measure the room first. Ceiling height sets the rig. Power capacity sets the gear list. Access determines what arrives and when. A team event works when the technical setup stays out of sight and nothing competes with the thing people came to do.
