Team events in Haapsalu get booked six weeks out in summer, three in winter. The venue comes first — indoor capacity if the forecast turns, outdoor staging if it holds — and everything else schedules around it.

Sound travels differently over water than it does in a wood-panelled hall, and Haapsalu has both. After 5 Events rigs the room to the occasion: PA and lighting for a formal program, backline if a band plays, power distribution when the venue is a peninsula with one feed. The crew arrives early, works through the setup list, and stays until the last case loads back onto the truck.
