A product launch has a fixed date and a moving list of dependencies. The venue gets locked six weeks out if you want first choice, eight if the launch falls in September or early December. Rehearsal happens the afternoon before, which means the AV rig goes in that morning, which means the technical rider has to close two weeks prior—and that is the document most companies leave until the week of.

Elva offers mid-sized conference venues and a few hotel event halls, all of them built with meetings in mind rather than product theatre. The ceilings are low, the lighting is flat, and the sightlines assume everyone is sitting. If the launch includes a demo, a stage reveal, or a live feed, the room fights you. The production follows from that.
