Team Building — Kärdla

Kärdla in summer gives you long light and a peninsula that runs out of road forty kilometres from the venue. Load-in starts early because the ferry schedule is not negotiable. If your group arrives midday and the programme runs until seven, the rig has to be ready by eleven and the crew back on the water before dark.

Winter tightens everything. Shorter days, ice on the access road, a room that has to heat thirty people who came in from minus ten. We stage team programmes on Hiiumaa year-round — the logistics change with the season, and the timeline follows the ferry, not the agenda.
