Product Launch — Saue

Book the venue six weeks out. That gives you three to lock the technical spec and two to rehearse the room. Less than that and you are solving problems the day of launch instead of the week before.

Saue runs quiet — good for controlled access, harder for last-minute power or rigging. The venue defines what you can hang and where the screens go. Decide that first. Presentation tech loads in the morning of; catering and staff arrive two hours before doors. If the product demo involves a live feed or a hardware unit on stage, rehearse it twice.
