Team Building — Saue

Most team events in Saue happen in hired halls or company buildings, and both come with the same constraint: the room was designed for something else. A training centre has low ceilings and carpet that kills the bass. A conference venue has glass everywhere and throws every vocal straight back. A warehouse space has power at one end and the catering drop at the other.

The rig follows the room. We walk it the week before, map where the circuits are, check the load-in route and whether a scissor lift fits through the door. If the room fights sound, we plan for that. If it has no natural anchor for a stage, we build one. The event works because the technical decisions were made early, not optimistically.
